VACON 100 Flow - Intelligent pump and fan control

The VACON® 100 FLOW is designed for optimized flow control in applications in the water and wastewater industry and in building automation. It combines all core functions of the VACON® 100 with application-relevant functions that are specially designed for flow control. The VACON® 100 FLOW is available in various sizes with housing protection class IP21/UL type 1 or with protection class IP54/UL type 12. It has a power range from 0.55 kW/0.75 HP to 160 kW/250 HP and voltage range from 230 V to 500 V.


Individual functions for pumps, fans and compressors

The VACON® 100 FLOW is a frequency inverter that improves flow control and saves energy in industrial pump and fan applications.

The special functions include multi-pump solutions and menus for selecting applications. They improve pump and fan performance and protect pipes and equipment, resulting in reliable operation. The standard integrated PID control uses a sensor to conrol the pump speed instead of an external controller. This enables the frequency inverter to react quickly to fluctuations in demand and thus ensures precise process control and optimal energy savings.
